The swimming pool is used at your own risk, children must be supervised at all times.
Owners of this pool accept no liability for any loss or injury.
Bikes are available at no extra cost, however if you damage or loose it, a $200 USD fine will be applied and you must agree if you wish to use it.
Please take note that any damage to linens such as bedsheets or towels will generate a charge:
Bedsheet $100 USD per piece
Body towel $50 USD per piece
Hand towel $20 USD per piece
Guest have the entire house for their enjoyment, the patio is. large and the pool is private, the house is very safe and walled , private garage to park their car inside the premise. its a two story house and its fully air conditioned.
At Casa del Pueblo, we care about the environment. A/C usage is limited to reasonable in-condo use; excessive consumption may result in extra charges deducted from the deposit.
Towels are refreshed on cleaning days.
This is a self check-in property. You'll find the keys in the lockbox just outside the main door. I’ll send you the code in advance.
Please make sure to close the lockbox after taking or returning the keys, and scramble the keypad so the code isn’t visible — thank you!
? Important: Do not park near the corner, as the municipality may tow your car immediately.
