Ample living open area with a quartz countertop island Kitchen that is fully equipped, comfortable dining table for 6 and a huge comfy sofa to chillout, 75 inches TV.
The Master bedroom has king size bed and a walk-in closet that is super comfortable and has huge mirrors for you to get ready for the amazing Tulum night life. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and its ensuite.
The pool area is very comfortable has chaise lounges for you to sunbath and an exterior shower to rinse off the sunscreen.
Pergolas are woven with jungle vines that reflect amazing shadows, fun to watch and picture.
Environmental consciousness can coexist with development and this is the proof of it, so the house is equipped with state of the art water systems, we treat our water in-situ to use throughout the house filtered and soften, then a reverse osmosis system so we can drink it safely from the kitchen sink dedicated faucet and fridge, ice cubes are safe to drink. After water is used in WC, kitchen and showers we treat it before we send it back to the phreatic. We have plenty of water in the Yucatan, the problem is what we do with it after we use it, so we understand the importance of caring for such an important element.
AC available in bedrooms and living area if desired, however, the house maintains a comfortable temperature due to the design and construction technology used. Yes, you will contribute to caring for the environment by staying at our place.
Renting a car is strongly recommended.
We are located in what is called Region 15, it´s the area between Downtown and the hotel zone or the beach zone using the new Kukulkan Avenue.
Our neighbors are PURA, right infront of us, Adora, on the corner of Calle 25 where we are and Kukulkan avenue, about 400 meters distance.
No smoking indoors, no parties, no additional guests, no pets.
We would like to inform you that in case of loss or damage to the towels provided during your stay, an additional replacement charge will be applied for each item.

Hand towel: 15 USD per unit
Body towel: 30 USD per unit
Bed sheet: 70 USD per unit
